The 1% Club… rewarding!

No one is obliged to claim the 1%.  At Meetings UK we appreciate the business our clients place through us and for this reason we feel that they are entitled to more than a good service and cost savings.  That is why we introduced the 1% Club back in 1994.

The 1% Club offers clients 1% of the cost of their confirmed bookings presented in retail and leisure vouchers of their choice.

The example below shows how the 1% Club works.

The 1% Club Terms & Conditions

(Basic rules) Full Terms & Conditions are available on request and are also shown on each claim form.

• 1% will be paid on the commissionable amount.
• All confirmations and amendments must be made through Meetings UK.
• Upon receipt of a claim, payment will be made within thirty days, subject to the client account having first been settled in full direct with the venue.
• The 1% Club is not open for overseas bookings.
• Minimum redeemable value is £10.00

To take advantage of this offer with no upper limit contact Meetings UK and ask for a claim form.  The form is a way of keeping a record of the 1% entitlement and for submitting the claim. Alternatively we can provide a report on the 1% entitlement within seven days of it being requested and a claim can then be made.
